How did you get started running?  Watched my wife complete her first marathon and was hooked.

What is your most memorable race?  Living History Farms 10k in Des Moines, IA.  You gotta try it!
Especially if you like to get muddy and wet in the middle of November with 5000 of your closest friends

What is your favorite work-out?  Any time I can get on my mountain bike and hit some single track.  It's
more like playing than getting a workout.
