How did you get started running?   In college, started by trying to just run around the block once in awhile to relieve stress and slowly grew from there!

What is your most memorable race?  Ironman Florida 2002

What is your favorite work-out?  5:30am spinning at Lifetime w/ Don - awesome music!

What is your favorite quote?  "When God closes a door, He opens a window."    also    "What goes up , must come down."

 What are your hobbies?  The little time I'm not swimming, biking, running, etc,  I like to paint, make jewelry, play piano, and work on my house.

 What is your favorite ice cream? Cold Stone...vanilla with brownies and raspberries!
