How did you get started running?   Needed to research the "endorphin high". Fount out it does exist and have been addicted ever since.

What is your most memorable race?  Any of the Boston marathons - best crowd support in the world.

What is your favorite work-out?  Yassoes 8 x 800 meter track repeats.  Marathon goal time, if 3:30 then run the 800 in 3min 30 sec.

What is your favorite quote?  A fool thinks himself to be wise, but a wise man knows himself to be a fool.

 What are your hobbies?  Reading, exploring the world, biking, cross country skiing and, of course, running!

What is your favorite restaurant?  Home.  But when on the road, I'll try the local cuisine. 

What is your favorite ice cream? Would rather have a Belgium chocolate.
